Be it hereby proclaimed by all Americans, this 14th day of May, 2021,

Whereas, lack of effective and trusted leadership throughout the United States of America is depriving the American people of their inalienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; and

Whereas, corruption, greed, and lack of accountability is resulting in failures of progress, security, and fairness; and

Whereas lack of respect for the law and too many examples of official hypocrisy are causing loss of faith in our system of justice; and

Whereas, the gradual relinquishment of the power of the people of the United States to wealthy and powerful special interests worldwide is weakening the National will; and

Whereas, dangerous forces, both inside and outside our Nation, are attempting to weaken the American people through a concerted effort to divide and conquer; and

Whereas, America is no longer showing its best face to the world, and in some circles, national pride is no longer seen as a virtue; and

Whereas, the people of the United States of America are weary of “talking points” and empty promises and seek a clear path forward for themselves and their heirs; and

Whereas, the majority of those living in the United States, across all political, racial, socioeconomic and geographic spheres have determined that there is a need for ethical and positive leadership throughout the Nation;

Now, therefore, comes the one true Empress of these United States of America to provide solutions to all difficulties facing the Nation. She does not wish the current system to be changed or overthrown, but wishes to work with it.

It is proclaimed that all Americans shall endeavor to follow the decrees of the Empress of the United States of America, as a leader and ceremonial figure, who, from this day forward, shall labor on behalf of, and in the best interests of the American people, for as long as she shall live.

Let us now move forward with a resolve to restore what has been tarnished but never broken, due to the greatness of the American people.
